The boss of this stall is a fantastic guy with a character that made my day when I went down to his food stall. Friendly and accomodating would be an understatement.

The stall is Located at Changi Airport Terminal one, basement one, staff canteen.

He starts work at 10am everyday of the week.
I highly recommend you to try his wanton mee and also his breakfast menu which is called "economy bee hoon"

He also sells great and tasty yong tau fu from 11am onwards. Each bowl of wanton mee is $2.50 for public and $2.00 for Changi Airport staff. Do drop by and pay this cheerful guy a visit. I give him a five star rating for his service.
